Through pain, heat, cold pressure or other somatic responses, the five mission sensory nerve receptors in our skin are constantly communicating with us. My hands are my tool to interpret these messages of the body; they are my expression as a healer and an artist.

Caroline has been an active practitioner in the healing arts for almost 40 years, studying nutrition, energetic healing practices, anatomy, martial arts and eastern philosophy. Her practice integrates principles of movement and the physical body to promote healing on an emotional and physical level. Caroline approaches her work with a wisdom that comes with age, a gentle compassion from life experience, and a rich practice informed by multiple modalities.

As a student of Aikido for more than 20 years, Caroline points to the Japanese martial art’s  themes of balance and universal harmony as the underpinning of her multi-disciplinary work. Whether silently engaging in energetic healing through Jin Shin Jyutsu, bringing greater anatomical awareness to her pilates clients or surfacing hidden emotions in the body during a kinesiology session, Caroline seeks to facilitate harmonization through greater awareness of the mind, body, and spirit.

She has used various aspects of movement, Aikido, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Energy Kinesiology to recover from her own traumas, including grief from the loss of a life partner, a catastrophic bike accident in 2010, and common family dysfunction. Caroline brings compassion, integrity, and a unique sense of intuition to her clients. Her life’s path is to facilitate healing through alternative, non-invasive methods that support a lifelong journey of wellness.
